Park Bed and Breakfast Hotel Pasay

The staff were polite and very helpful, the breakfast was good, and the Wi-Fi signal was excellent. Their car service was available whenever needed, but it costs P450 for pickup and P350 for drop-off. The hotel is a little far from shops and restaurants, about a 100-200 meter walk. The room felt old, the table wobbled, and the sheets and pillowcases were faded. There was no hot water, so I had to put up with a cold shower. Worst of all, tiny cockroaches were everywhere, especially by the toilet. Management should call pest control or at least get insect spray. My honest score is 6 out of 10.

The service was okay, but the language barrier got in the way. Staff didn't seem very open unless I started talking to them, and it would've been nice if they checked in with guests from time to time. Maybe that's how they are with their own people, but as a foreigner I found them a bit hard to approach.

I've stayed here a second time now, and the service was very good. The staff were accommodating, especially the person on the morning shift. I'll definitely come back. I just hope they add bidets in the bathrooms.

The hotel is small, clean, and feels suitable for families. The staff are good, though I think they could use more people for housekeeping and service. The location looks a little adventurous, but I felt it was completely safe.
