We paid 2,300 through Klook for a room during Holy Week last year, when prices in Baguio were way up and very few hotels still had rooms. I booked about a year ago, but I still remember how poor the value was, so I'm leaving this review now. Our room was on the underground parking level, which meant car noise and a terrible smell. There weren't any bedsheets when we arrived, and the room was as basic as they come: two beds with no sheets, a small table, and monobloc chairs. The hot shower did work, which was the only good part. Baguio hotels don't even provide air-conditioning units, so having windows there didn't make it a good choice. For 2,300 PHP, I'd book somewhere else. This place wasn't worth it.

The staff were accommodating, and the price was fine for the stay. My room was too basic, with no TV, and the Wi-Fi wasn't high speed. I didn't have any problems while I was there, but I think the place could use some upgrades.

The staff made me angry and left me completely unhappy with the service. They seem so untrained and unprofessional, especially one particular person who keeps saying, “BAKA MA CHARGE KAYO JAN!” My stay wasn't worth it. Please hire the right people.

What we saw in person didn't match the photos on the website, and the hotel was short on amenities. I'm disappointed with the staff as well. They should stick to the reservations and find a way to handle unforeseen circumstances.

A waste of money. There was no Wi-Fi or data signal, and they didn't provide basic amenities like soap, shampoo, toothpaste, or a toothbrush. Don't go here.
