We had a terrible stay. The place was so run-down, and we almost couldn’t check in because the woman at the desk left well before closing. She only showed up after we spammed her phone. We paid for the deluxe room, but the windows wouldn’t close properly, so the tiny, ancient AC barely worked. There was no water pressure or hot water, and no TV or toilet paper. Nothing. Go to Costa Roca instead.

Nothing here seemed to work. The A/C wouldn’t cool, the fridge was completely dead, and the chair was broken. The receptionist wasn’t available when needed. Avoid if possible.
