The room was clean and good, with a balcony and complete toiletries. Everyone we met, from the receptionist to housekeeping and the rest of the staff, greeted us with warm smiles during our February 21-22, 2026 stay. I’m leaving names out so I don’t accidentally miss anyone. We were in Batangas to explore Nasugbu, Balayan, Taal, and Lemery for my husband’s 33rd birthday. I’d asked when booking if they could do a simple birthday decoration, and they happily agreed. They called and texted to confirm the details, even cheerfully asking if they’d be part of the surprise. I felt a little shy at how enthusiastic and accommodating they were. I also requested a small cake, which they provided, and they gave us a generous discount on an extra service. My husband was so impressed he told me to leave a tip. Thank you to the management and staff of Hotel Casa Ilustre for a superb experience. We’ll definitely book again. Highly recommended!

The place was neat, and the rooms looked beautiful. What stood out most was how the staff handled every request quickly and gracefully, big or small. They made the stay completely stress-free. I’d recommend staying here.

Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, which mattered a lot to us. Hotel Casa Ilustre is in a great spot, close to Walmart and plenty of fast food places. Ms Lyka, Ms Mel, and the other staff were friendly and helpful when we checked in. We were satisfied with our two-night stay. Good job to the team! ☺️

The hotel is conveniently close to groceries and fast food. We were first-timers, and Gwen, Romeo and Ariel were welcoming and attentive to what we needed when we arrived at Casa Ilustre. The kitchen staff and the others we met were kind too.

We had a spacious, clean room, and the staff were courteous throughout. The location is central and easy to get to. I tried their wellness massage too, and it was excellent. Highly recommend.
