I’ve been to Baler before, but Aplaya De Baler still gets five stars from me. I’m a surfing addict, and they have Surfing Coaches for 350 pesos. The rooms were cozy and neat, like some 3 stars hotels, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. They responded well whenever we needed something.
