The pool was pretty ordinary, though the lifeguard, kuya, kept an eye on us and made sure we were safe while my partner and I swam late at night. The breakfast was disappointing: it looked like a buffet, but staff served limited portions, just rice, half a daing na bangus, and a few pieces of sliced eggplant. We couldn't ask for more. In the room, the A/C was already on when we arrived, which helped us settle in. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished, but the heater and telephone didn't work, the Wi-Fi was poor, there were no bedroom slippers, and the TV didn't have Netflix. Nobody helped with our luggage when we arrived. We're both women, and the male staff member who showed us to the room didn't offer to carry anything. I still gave it four stars because it was our first stay in Vigan, and the hotel holds a special place in my heart.
