The staff were friendly enough to move me to another room after I mentioned the mouse I saw walking by while I was watching TV. The TVs weren't bad, and the room was clean and worth the price, though small, with old furniture and a just-decent double bed. The shower, toilet, and sink all together were quite a sight, so I took a picture. It does save time, but I wouldn't return.

The facility is good, though the lounge fits only a few people and can get crowded. Staff seemed overwhelmed, with nobody organizing the queue. Our room was okay, but it had no toilet bowl seat, and the faucet was hard to turn.

This is a lovely inn with reasonable rates and neat rooms. The staff were very nice and kindly lent us dinnerware for our takeout. Water supply and air conditioning were good. Nearby little eateries offer Filipino dishes and grilled seafood. We had grilled catfish and squid, both awesome, and the vendors were welcoming and interactive with customers, especially tourists.

My room on the second floor was clean, and the shower had great water. At 900+, it was good value for money. There’s a large parking area, with a carinderia, fast food, and 7-Eleven nearby.

Our room had plenty of space, working air-conditioning, hot water, and blackout curtains, which were all fine. The reception is on the second floor. In the morning, we saw a tiny mouse run off and hide under the wardrobe in room 14.
