No toilet paper in the room, so I took some from the big roll in the ground floor guest washroom. They did provide two bottles of water, shampoo and conditioner packets, two soaps, and a towel. It's a tiny room, but the TV works, and it's better than some redDoorz places I've stayed at. The price was 1K including tax, so what can you expect? It's about a 10 minute walk from the main road, with lots of food options for Peso 100-200. There's a balcony on each floor if you want to smoke. I haven't tried the heated shower yet, so I'll comment if it doesn't work. The AC has been running for over 9 hours and still hasn't made the room cold, and at least there are no roaches.

The water suddenly stopped while I was bathing, which was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The receptionist showed no concern, offered no apology or backup plan, and just told me to wait for the “water” to come back. Later, it turned out the staff hadn't filled the water tank, so the supply had run out completely. That points to poor management and a lack of basic hospitality. I'm extremely disappointed and angry. Think twice before booking here.

The room was fine for sleeping, and for just 1000 pesos I can't complain too much. I booked one room through booking.com for over 1000 pesos because I was visiting for my niece's birthday. They warned me there was a WiFi problem, which didn't bother me since I had my own WiFi. The water pressure was fine, and they used TV plus. The AC was on max but still didn't cool the room enough. The location felt out of the way, with quite a trip to Poblacion or other places.

Getting there was easy with Google Maps, even though the signage was shattered, and booking online through Trip App was quick and hassle free. The posted details were mostly accurate: the TV used a black box with local channels only, and the shower had a hair dryer and heater in good condition. But the shower just sprinkled water like light rain, and the bathroom pressure was low. The bed sheets hadn't been changed, and I found a hair on the bed. Cleanliness was one star, hospitality was fair at three stars, and accuracy was two stars. There were no slippers or rug in the room, the dim lights were defective, and the AC should be cooler. Room 10 on the third floor meant a lot of stairs. It felt pricey and wasn't what I expected. They should replace and clean the sheets for each guest, get a proper shower, add slippers and a rug, improve the lighting, provide a cooler AC and a smart TV for Netflix. If they address these things, I'd change my review to five stars.
