OYO 195 Ranchotel - Biñan (Vaccinated Staff)

The room felt old, and loud traffic outside was easy to hear from inside. They provided just one towel, with no soap or shampoo, and the shower heater wasn't included. There didn't seem to be any security on the property. The public WiFi kept disconnecting every 30 minutes. For the price, no, it wasn't worth it. I'd rather stay somewhere else with the same benefits for less.

We were there for three days, and despite asking about the phone over and over, nobody ever sent a technician to fix it. We had to keep going downstairs whenever we needed something. The food menu was no help either, since nothing we ordered was available. The WiFi advertised as free didn't work, so I had to use a nearby 24 7 Co Working space to get work done for two nights. The rooms were nothing like the clean, new ones shown on Booking.com. The hotel is old and dirty, with faulty lights, stained sheets, broken AC units, lifted or damaged dirty flooring, and cockroaches in the bathroom. The TVs didn't work, the floors were dirty, and service was poor all around. I'll never recommend it or go back.

We arrived late after a long trip, and were so tired we felt we had no choice but to put up with it and sleep. The room was dirty, with stained sheets, and there were no towels when we got there, so we couldn't shower. The bathroom was moldy, smelled bad, and was disgusting. The bidet didn't work properly, and the floor was slippery, which made it hard for the senior in our family to use the bathroom or sleep comfortably. Staff weren't friendly, and the WiFi didn't work. Such a bad experience.

The room was quite dim and didn't have a locker. They say they clean daily, but the bathroom corners had a lot of white buildup, so it didn't look like it was cleaned regularly. The internet was often down, and even connecting meant watching an ad for about a minute each time. The TV had no signal, and the cable didn't show any channels.
