Everything you need is within walking distance, and the rate was exceptionally low compared with other suites. We came in mid-September 2025, and free breakfast is offered as is customary at hotels. The staff seemed a little shy, or perhaps they hadn’t been trained to be friendly and assertive. Still, they offered help when we approached them. I’d recommend staying here. 😉

It’s peaceful and a little away from the main road, so it was quiet enough to sleep well. The location worked well for us, and the staff were accommodating. Our room was clean and traditional, with two soft beds for three people, and we slept comfortably for a decent price. Free breakfast is included with the 24-hour room rate. One safety concern: the doors don’t have a second lock, so if that worries you, you might ask for an upper-floor room in case of a breakout. My stay gets 4.7 out of 5. Consider staying here.

The staff were professional and courteous, and there was plenty of space to park. I paid 840php for a solo stay, which got me a very spacious room with a lovely atmosphere around the property. Breakfast was free, too, and that helped make the stay worthwhile. I spent four days and three nights here in the third week of December while doing my Mindanao Loop journey. Gensan was the last major city before I officially completed the loop. I chose this place because of the good feedback, and it didn’t disappoint. I’ll definitely pick it again when I return to Gensan.
