The shared kitchen was hard to use. There were only four burners, and some guests took up all of them for a long time without considering others. Staff didn't manage the situation, so people were left waiting to cook. The shower setup was also inadequate, just one shower with very weak water flow for everyone. The pool didn't seem well maintained. The water was discolored, and there was sand at the bottom, likely because guests came straight from the beach without rinsing. I didn't see anyone enforcing or reminding guests to shower before swimming. We rented three rooms, and none of their air conditioning cooled properly. Even with electric fans, it stayed hot at night and was uncomfortable to rest. The facilities and management need significant improvement, especially the air conditioning, pool cleanliness, and shared spaces.

We enjoyed the white sand beach and clear water. The villa was okay for cooking, with a dining area, free karaoke, gas, and kitchen utensils. There are two small pools that are fine for kids. It's about a two-minute walk to the beach, but the property isn't beachfront and you pay 20 pesos per head to enter the public beach. Construction was going on because the property is still developing. The room was okay, though the beds were a little short. No towels or soap were provided, and the toilet had a timba and tabo instead of a shower. The place also needs more outdoor showers and toilets. I hope management limits very loud music. One group played it from morning until evening like they had rented the whole place, and we couldn't talk to each other. Other guests deserve consideration. If you want to play music that loud, please hire a private villa.

One of the few places around here. The room was okay, large but simple, and the pool stayed open 24/7, which is pretty unusual.

The service was good, and the lady who helped us was lovely. The room we booked for $50 AUD wasn't up to standard, with mosquitoes, a strange mouldy smell, and no shower, so she upgraded us to a nicer one. When I asked staff to deal with the owners' kids screaming and jumping all over the sofas in the main area at 5pm, they were very accommodating. We were trying to rest after a long bus ride. The location is useful, with the main restaurant next door, and the locals are super helpful and lovely. There's also a public kitchen.
