Station 3 is on top!!!! We had a peaceful three-night stay at Avana, with accommodating staff and a clean bathroom. The rooms were well maintained, though the cabinets had an unpleasant smell, possibly from the chemicals used to keep pests away. We could cook breakfast since we didn't take the in-house option. The Wi-Fi was so slow we couldn't use it, which is the main thing that needs improvement. It's an affordable, safe area, with 7/11, Budget Mart, and talipapa close by. It's not right on the beach, but the walk is only 3-5 minutes, and the H4 stop makes it handy if you're using the Hoho bus. I'd recommend it to friends. 🫶🏻

For less than P1k, our one-night booking at Avana Hills Boracay was well worth it. The beach front is about a 3-minute walk away, and check-in was easy. The room and toilet were both clean, and there were kitchen utensils and equipment if you want to prepare your own food. A good pick if you're visiting Boracay on a tight budget. ⭐️💜

We had two bedrooms, and each one came with its own toilet. A nice family place, though all those stairs will keep you in shape.

The location is handy for White Beach in Station 3, Emall, restaurants, laundry shops, souvenir shops, and convenience stores. Kitchen utensils are there if you'd rather cook. I booked through Agoda, though some details about what was included weren't clear to me, and the property could make its information more transparent. The listing said airport transfers were provided, but staff told me there was a charge, so that fee should be stated in the main description. It also mentioned free breakfast, but staff said my booking didn't include it. I couldn't find a written policy explaining the 50 php charge for requested towels, even though staff said that's what they cost. It would also be helpful to have garbage collected daily, instead of needing to ask.
