Boracay Grace Hotel

It's handy being close to the main road, so you can catch a taxi to get around. Breakfast was good, the coffee was amazing, and the staff were lovely. But the room had a damp, basement-like smell and didn't feel fresh or clean. I wouldn't come back unless the room were better.

Breakfast was great, and the rooftop dining area was lovely. The location worked well for the beach, about a 5-10 minute walk, though walking to the nightlife was a bit far. The staff were friendly and helpful, but took a long time to come to the front desk. The rooms were okay for a relatively cheap stay, but ours had no window, which we hadn't realized when booking because the website doesn't actually say so. The beds were a little hard, the bathroom a little dirty, and being on the ground floor meant we heard a lot from reception. I'd recommend it if you're on a budget.

The receptionist was welcoming, and the rooftop is probably the best place to stay here. The rooms we had smelled bad, the air conditioning was noisy, and we could hear people in the walkway, including kids running and shouting. Walk-ins get a lower price. They prepared three rooms even though we paid for four.

We got through check-in and checkout quickly and easily, and the stay was relatively cheap compared with other places in Boracay. Juliet handled our check-in and was lovely, helpful, and attentive to everything we needed. I'd suggest adding a bedside table.
