We came during the island's quieter season, so there wasn't a buffet, but breakfast was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The whole team seemed to care about our comfort, and everyone we met was cheerful, kind, professional, and ready to help. Housekeeping was just as attentive. I'd say, “When you have time, can you please…” and they would take care of it right away. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. It feels unfair to single out one person because the team worked so well together. We had a wonderful stay at Boracay Haven Suites and would recommend it to anyone wanting a friendly, comfortable, well-run place. We'll definitely return, and next time we'll make sure the front desk lady finally goes on that helmet diving tour. She's out of excuses now!

I'm giving one star because the internet wasn't working in room 316. We all need to get some work done from time to time, and I spent three hours in the lobby today because the WiFi in my room wouldn't let me send simple emails. I complained to staff, and they gave me another password, but that didn't fix the weak signal. Hotel management should invest in a better router. For now, this is a one-star experience for me.

I had to get my bank involved to recover the money, after the hotel stopped responding to me. Booking.com showed one price, but I was charged $250 more than the amount on the payment screen. I contacted the hotel right away and even offered to book directly so they could keep my business. They still refused a refund and then ignored my messages. I’ve never dealt with a business this inflexible or unprofessional. It felt like they cared more about keeping the extra money than treating a guest fairly. Stay away if you care about your money and peace of mind. A total disgrace.

Rojan deserves a thank you for the especially friendly service. We had a memorable stay at Boracay Haven Suit, with a comfortable Premier Sea View room, a bed that felt like a cloud, and spa-like amenities. The hotel is right on the beachfront at Station 2, with beautiful sunset views and D’Mall nearby. It brings together a luxurious feel and Boracay's laid-back atmosphere. I'd recommend it for a special getaway.
