I've stayed here about five times over the past few years, and I came back again this week after reviewing it last week. The staff are warm, professional, flexible and quick to help. Most of them seem to remember my name. The pool is a good size, clean, rarely crowded, with nice places to sit around it, and it's open until 9 pm. It's a short, easy 3-4 minute walk to the beach. The hotel isn't on the beach, but it's only about 10-15 yards from the island's main road, so buses and tricycles are less than 30 seconds away. The hotel looks lovely and is well presented. I'd put it at the lower end of the decent quality hotels, but the prices are generally fair for what you get, and guests are treated well and with respect. Two drawbacks for me: the elevator isn't working right now, and although breakfast is a clean, tidy, all-you-can-eat buffet with some daily variety, I don't think the food caters that well to Westerners. That's just my opinion. The location, staff, pool and value keep me coming back, and I'll continue staying here.

Jershon, the tour planner, was excellent and looked after us well. The room was right for the price, and we didn't spend much time in it anyway. The beach was only a three-minute walk, with Station 2 a little farther on. Service was as good as I'd expect in the Philippines. I'd stay here again.

The location worked great for both restaurants and the beach, and the facilities were clean. The staff at the desk and throughout the hotel gave outstanding customer service. Definitely the nicest place! I'd love to stay here again when I'm in the Boracay area.

Having to call the front desk every time I need the door unlocked is a real hassle. The electricity also gets cut when I leave, so I come back to a warm room. I hope they provide a duplicate key or separate the light key from the door key.

I don't have any other complaints, but the mattresses really need an upgrade. These were the hardest beds I've ever slept on, even harder than the ones in a cabin house at an old-school retreat we had just left. Seriously, nine stars for the mattress.
