Zuzuni Boutique Hotel

I loved being right on the beach, on the quieter side of famous White Beach. We booked three rooms for a five-day family vacation at the end of 2024. The rooms were clean, cool, and quiet, and we got beach towels and free breakfast every day. Check-in was easy, with complimentary cocktails to welcome us, and checkout was just as simple. The staff were friendly. I'd highly recommend it.

The staff were really friendly, and the beachfront location is lovely, about a five-minute walk to d'mall. There are lots of places to eat beside Zuzuni, and Muchos downstairs is their own restaurant. I loved the cheese birria there, must try. I stayed solo for two nights in a decent deluxe room with a window, though my view was at the back. If you want a beach view, it's better to request it early. The room had hot and cold shower, a safety safe, and a hairdryer. No elevators, but staff will help carry your luggage upstairs. Breakfast was decent and plated, which I didn't mind. I'd stay again, and want to try one of their rooms with a beachfront balcony.

I really enjoyed the trip, and the view was great. The food at mucho’s is very good, too. Even if you aren't staying at zuzuni’s, you should definitely try the restaurant. Service was a little slow, but otherwise excellent. The only downside was the rooms, which were very small and stuffy, with a really bad smell.

There was no security after 10pm, and I wasn't happy with the staff, who weren't friendly. They didn't provide toiletries either. The standard room was too small, with barely any space for luggage. I wouldn't recommend it for bigger people, as the walking space is too narrow.
