Henann Park Resort Boracay

The room upgrade was a lovely surprise, and all the staff were great and always smiling. The room was huge, modern, and comfortable, with a good gym, pool, and excellent breakfast. I really have nothing to complain about. One odd thing is the wooden shutters, which can’t be adjusted. Some people might find they let in too much light or raise privacy concerns. I had a corner room, so it didn’t bother me, and I slept soundly.

Good value for the money. The room was spacious and nicely designed, and I really liked having a bathtub. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. It isn’t beachfront, but it’s near D'Mall and about a fifteen-minute walk to the beach in Station 2.

We stayed three nights and four days, and the service was good overall. Staff were consistently friendly, attentive, courteous, and accommodating. My birthday request was the part that left me sad. I asked several times if my name could be added to the greeting on my cake, and even offered to pay extra. At first I was told it wasn’t possible, but later I saw personalized lettering on cupcakes for VIP guests. I understand there may be hotel policies, but it felt like a small gesture that would have meant a lot to me could have been accommodated with more flexibility and empathy. It may seem minor, but seeing my name in the birthday greeting would have meant a lot on my special day.

The room TV was a small downside. It only had cable, no smart TV or streaming options like Netflix or YouTube, and the picture quality was a bit low. It wasn’t a major problem since we didn’t come to Boracay to watch TV, but it would have been nice to unwind with our favorite shows at night after a long day. The rest of the stay was amazing. We arrived before the standard 3 PM check-in, and our room was ready, so the staff let us settle in straight away. We were exhausted after hours of travel, and that quick help meant a lot. We also couldn’t withdraw enough cash for the week’s deposit right away, and I started to panic while looking for nearby ATMs. The front desk kindly said we could pay the deposit later, after resting, and made us feel welcome and cared for. Service was superb. Whenever we needed help in the room, staff arrived within 1-2 minutes. The breakfast menu changed every other day, so it didn’t feel repetitive over the week. The food was tasty, and there was lots of choice each morning. I barely wanted to leave the hotel to explore Boracay because it had everything we needed. Street access was convenient, and we found a shortcut straight to White Beach. The path felt a little creepy sometimes, but it became part of the fun. I also arranged a birthday celebration with staff, who were attentive, quick, and helpful throughout, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Everyone we met was warm, polite, and accommodating. I loved the service and will definitely return next year, hopefully for longer.
