I’m vegan, and there weren’t any vegan choices at the included breakfast. When I asked reception, they offered to buy some fruit for me. It wasn’t a special breakfast, but I appreciated that they wanted to help. The staff were very friendly and the service was pretty good. Cleanliness could have been a little better, though it was still pretty good.

We started our holiday here after a long flight, and the very comfortable beds were just what we needed. The staff were attentive and helped with our luggage. It’s a nice little place on the quieter end of the strip, which suited us for our first night in the Philippines. I’m not the biggest fan of Borocay, but this was a great start to the trip.

The room furnishings and design were fantastic, and everything was clean. The shower heads, toilet, sink, mirror and floor tiles were all well chosen and suited the room. What I missed was a warm, friendly greeting. The front desk staff, room attendant and morning waitress didn’t seem to greet us warmly when they saw us. Compared with hotels we’ve experienced in Bintan Indonesia, we didn’t feel that same friendliness as guests. Hey Jude's staff should make more effort to greet people happily and help them feel welcome at Hey Jude Hotel.

Hey Jude resort at Station 2 is clean and well kept, and it’s close to the beach. It was worth staying there. A couple of downsides: there’s no elevator, and they don’t provide drinking water in the room. Breakfast pics attached.

The location is great, with everything in walking distance, and the price feels fair. Staff were very polite. It’s a good budget hotel, though it’s clearly past its best years. We found some ants, and the sheets weren’t always that white. Recommended.
