We arrived at 8:30 a.m. during a power outage, and there was no generator or flashlight. Our room was so dark that we could only use our phones. The outages happened every day of our three-day stay, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and nothing was done. The service wasn’t good. On our first day, we asked for a refund so we could move to a hotel with a generator. They asked us to wait an hour and said they’d provide a generator after buying gas, but nothing happened before we checked out. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d suggest trying another hotel. I don’t want anyone else to go through what I did.

The location was the only good thing. There was no signage, the room was bare, and I had no Smart signal. They also charged 100 per hour for early check-in.

The place felt safe and peaceful, and the room was very clean. The receptionist was also very nice. But there was nowhere to store bags or clothes, not even a hanger or a shelf for wet clothes. There was no soap or shampoo either, though I thought toiletries were included. The room lighting was very dim. There was a blackout on my last day while I was packing to go out. They didn’t offer a flashlight or emergency light, and I had to use my phone. Do they not have a generator? Also, every morning when I opened the door, there was cat poop. And a loud alarm-like noise woke me each morning, like mowing or scraping. I know it’s very cheap, but I hope they make changes. The place is safe. Thank you so much, God Bless & More Power! :)
