The room was alright, but we had a power blackout and had to rely on a timed generator. The hotel offered no refund or compensation. When we arrived, reception didn’t know we were coming and made us wait until a room became available. We were given a smaller room than the one we’d paid for. Staff were quite slow and didn’t know basic answers to our room requests, so they had to call the manager for help.

We booked two nights through Opodo, but when we arrived to check in this morning, the place was closed. The hotel across the way said it had been shut for three years, yet the website is still up. This is a scam.
