Clean, quiet, and comfortable, with very affordable rates for travelers or working professionals visiting Boracay. I had a great stay while I was there for business meetings.

My first impression was okay, but cockroaches kept appearing in the room. The air conditioning wasn't cold, and neither the hot water nor the TV worked. From inside the room, reception and Wi-Fi were inaccessible. Outside, the connection wasn't much better, with only one or two Wi-Fi bars at most. The sheets were stained, and instead of a proper blanket there was only a sheet. The towels seemed very old and overused, like floor rags. They provided just one roll of toilet paper, with no shampoo, conditioner, or soap. Cooking was allowed, but cost P100 per kilo. I was completely dissatisfied and found other accommodation.

For 3,388 a night, this really doesn't feel fair. The place is hard to find, especially after dark, and the rooms feel like motel rooms. There weren't enough sheets for everyone, and using the cooking area costs 100 pesos per kilo. They also didn't answer messages before check-in. The reception could use more than a nod and a tiny smile. When we arrived, they just asked, "Agoda?" and handed over the keys without explaining anything, so I had to ask questions myself. The area has no signal, and although they said the Wi-Fi would be fine, even basic browsing didn't work in our room. We ended up finding another hotel. The fleece pieces provided were small and weren't towels, there were no toiletries, and the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. Stray cats and dogs were everywhere, and the bins outside the rooms had been rummaged through every morning. The online ratings and reviews seem suspicious to me. They make the place look competitive, but it isn't. Check carefully before booking, especially their social media pages, where you can see they aren't responsive.

The beach and various establishments are only a few minutes' walk away. We were six people, and on arrival the receptionist noticed our parents were with us and offered a discounted family room for eight on the first floor. It was reduced from PHP 5k to 4.5k, compared with the semi-family room we'd booked upstairs for PHP 4k. I appreciated how thoughtful that was, and they also let us check in early. The room had plenty of space for eight, with a hot and cold shower, separate shower room and bathroom, sink, TV, glasses, tissues, an open closet, hangers, three-color lights, and a balcony overlooking the spacious area. Wi-Fi speed varied, though, and neither Smart nor Globe mobile data worked inside.
