We had breakfast up on the rooftop, with a lovely view of the beach. The hotel is close to the beach and handy for getting around, and its solar water heating is an eco-friendly touch. It was cloudy while we were there, so hot water was limited, but that didn't bother us. What stood out most was how kind and welcoming the staff were. We really enjoyed our stay. 👏

The staff were professional, kind, and happy to help with requests, and the hotel sits on a peaceful side street just steps from the beach. The jetty for water activities is nearby too. There's no lift, and our room, 3001, was quiet but a little humid and not very large. The air conditioning only ran with the key card in its slot. Room cleaning and towel changes were available on request. The room had basic toiletries, a hairdryer, a TV we didn't use, a small fridge, kettle, a couple of coffee bags with sugar and creamer, and a locker. You can get purified cold or warm water from dispensers on floors two and five. Hot water was often missing, so expect some pretty bracing showers 😂! Breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace, with American or Filipino options and extra choices to customize your meal. Reception also has beach towels, little toys for kids, and umbrellas for rainy weather.

We had a spacious, clean room, and the staff were so friendly and the service excellent. The rooftop was lovely, and the beach is very close by. I really loved staying here! Also, thanks to Bruce’s friend for looking after all of us. Love from Taiwan 💖

The room was comfortable and clean, and the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere made our stay feel easy from beginning to end. Every staff member we met was attentive, kind, and quick to help, from check-in right through check-out. We had a wonderful time here and couldn't have asked for a better place. Highly recommend it for the comfort and hospitality.
