The air conditioning barely worked, so after our long flight from Manila we couldn’t get any rest. We’d booked two rooms for five days in May 2025, but both were on the top floor with no elevator, and we had to haul our luggage up ourselves. Staff helped with only the smallest bag even though the property wasn’t full. The rooms, kitchens, and areas outside were filthy. There was a strong, awful smell like cockroach urine, and my mother’s room smelled bad too. Our window looked out onto a garbage area. We ended up moving to another hotel for the rest of the trip, despite having already paid. It was a very disappointing start to our first Boracay visit, and we hope the property takes this feedback seriously and fixes these problems.

We left and booked another hotel after the room we were given smelled like urine and had only a double bed and a single mattress for four people. We’d booked two rooms and paid for an extra night, so that setup was unacceptable. We’d reserved back in July 2023 for our February 2024 trip, seven months in advance, but were given a one-bedroom room on arrival. They said another one-bedroom would be available the next day, far from ours, which meant we’d be separated from our kids, ages 15 and 19. We were already upset but decided to give them a chance. I contacted Angel and emailed Cristina to ask for a refund for the extra night we paid for but didn’t use. Neither got back to me. I’ll never book this hotel again.

From the unit balcony, you can watch the sunrise and moonlit nights over bulabog lagoon, with the sea and beach right there. White beach is a 5-7 minute walk away.

If you want to get away from the crowds, this is a good spot on bulabog beach, which is quieter than the white beach. It can get busy here too at certain times of year.
