The room kept losing power whenever we went out because of the key card, so it had to cool down all over again when we returned. There was water coming through the ceiling, and the only mirror was in the CR. In there, there was no bidet or hot shower, the flush worked, but the mirror and tissue holder were too high, and there was no exhaust fan. Only one outlet was free since the TV used the other one, and the cabinets had no hangers. We were first put in a ground floor standard room beside the road. It was noisy and not good for working travelers, and the Wi-Fi was so weak that even my mobile data couldn't connect to the internet in Borongan. We asked to switch rooms. The front desk said none were available, but someone, maybe from housekeeping, said there was one, and we were moved. The place is very old, so expect old fixtures. The window AC rattled like an old refrigerator. The foam mattress was soft, and the pillowcase and blanket were dirty and thin. There were no toiletries. The front desk said none were available and gave us only a little soap. The hotel had a motel or inn kind of feel. 1/10.

The room smelled bad, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable, so it wasn't good for working travelers. The air conditioning kept cutting out every few minutes, and we had to put up with the humidity because there was no in-house technician. Power to the room went out five times before they fixed it by replacing the key card panel on the wall. The staff weren't accommodating, the pantry goods were very pricey, and management sucks. I'd give it zero stars if that were an option. Never recommended in this lifetime.

There were hundreds of ants and bugs everywhere, and the shower didn't work. The floors were truly disgusting, the beds were dirty, and the TV was broken. You could hear everything from the next rooms, so there was no privacy and it was loud. The pictures online are not what you'll find. Not worth even looking into.

The discounted rate didn't make up for having to use dirty linens. We were in a ground floor room right beside the streets of boronggan, and there was lots of outside noise. They don't seem to care much about soundproofing those rooms.

We had a great stay here with hubby. The place was fully furnished, the staff were all very accommodating, and everything was so nice. Free Wi-Fi was available too.
