Costas De Liwa Bar & Beach Resort

The restaurant food was simple but satisfying, and having it right on-site was convenient. I also enjoyed unwinding by the pool, walking the shore, and taking in the peaceful feel of the place. The pool was a nice change from the saltwater, and the rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable. Staff were always friendly and ready to help. Costas De Liwa in San Felipe, Zambales, is just steps from the beach, with waves and the sunsets Liwliwa is known for. It has a laid-back, welcoming feel. I left feeling recharged, with the comfort, relaxation, and little bit of adventure I wanted. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Zambales who wants to be close to nature.

We had such a good time at Costas! The food was a highlight, especially the boodle fight we ordered, which was so worth it. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff were really accommodating. Shout out to resort manager Darwin for helping us during our stay!

Costas has potential, and the pool was a nice option, but upkeep let the place down. The toilets and showers were dirty and smelled unpleasant. We were told at check-in that the deep-well water had a tint but was supposedly safe for bathing and restroom use. By then, canceling meant losing our payment, so we felt stuck. The water odor should have been disclosed on the site, and I hope they invest in better filtration and cleanliness. It's at the far end of Liwliwa and could suit groups looking for a budget stay. Still, the place seemed neglected. I've stayed at Aluntala before and didn't run into this sort of problem. The site should also have been clearer about the water.

The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, and the clean, well-kept facilities helped make the stay relaxing. The staff were warm, attentive, and quick to help. There was a good range of delicious food, too. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend the resort for a getaway.
