The friendly, accommodating staff made sure we had what we needed, and the service was impeccable. The room was clean and smelled nice. The water and internet were both very slow, though. Thanks anyway, we’ll surely visit again.

There wasn’t a trash bin or any tissue in the room, and the aircon wasn’t set when we arrived on the first day, so we had to complain at reception. The Wi-Fi was too slow, and there was no Netflix or cable available on the screen. There was a hole around the window, and when we came back our trash was scattered everywhere because cats could easily get in and out of the room.

The room was meant for four, but they provided just one soap and one shampoo, which wasn’t enough. We also expected a sponge since there was a kitchen, but none was available. The electric kettle smelled bad when we tried to use it, so we couldn’t use it. We had to go down to the front desk multiple times to ask about towels. It was already 10:00 PM before they brought them, and the towels looked dull rather than clean and bright. The hallways were noticeably dirty too. The key card was very difficult to use. We had to call staff for help and even go down from the second floor to reception. It was frustrating and inconvenient. Cleanliness, especially in the hallways, really needs attention. I hope management addresses these problems for future guests.

The pool was clean and cozy, and the staff were accommodating and helpful. The rooms are spacious for four, and I liked that the kitchen and CR have separate doors and that the sala and dining area are partitioned from the room. There’s a long table and a long couch you could sleep on. The receiving and parking area could use some improvement to make it more pleasing, since there are lots of old things there. We’ll definitely come back. Thanks so much!
