We had a very bad experience. There were cockroaches all over the dirty room. We killed four, and others ran under the bed. The sheets were unclean and itchy, and roaches were already on the bed. We were on the fifth floor, and the elevator didn’t work from 9:00 PM until 9:00 AM. There was no phone in the room to reach staff, and they hadn’t provided any toiletries, not even soap.

The reception women working during the day were very nice. The rooms can be cheap online some nights, but I wouldn’t pay more than the 600 you can find on Agoda. You’ll definitely see roaches in the room. There’s also a bigger guy working nights who seems to charge for everything and pocket the money. Weird behavior.

It’s easy to get around from here, right in the city with a mall, 7/11, bar, and restaurant nearby. The rooms are okay and cool, and still comfortable, though the TVs and other appliances are outdated.

A comfortable budget place with the basics. It’s not very high-tech, especially the TV. Ayala Centrio Mall, SM Downtown Mall, and Gaisano Mall are nearby, and the Lifestyle District is right across from the hotel.

Cheap and conveniently located, but the room felt kind of unsanitized and the TV didn’t work. It was an okay experience overall. This was for a 2023 event.
