Room 138 was in bad shape: it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the bed linens were dirty, and the chairs had torn upholstery. It felt shady and a bit creepy, so we asked to move and the front desk arranged it. Room 131, near the check-in counter, was much better, though the aircon was old and noisy with its cover missing, and the closet had no door. Many rooms here range from shabby to terrible, and management really needs to renovate. We booked through Agoda. It's a classic budget stay in downtown CDO, with affordability, location, and friendly front desk staff and security guards as its strengths.

For 533 pesos a night, it's super nice and affordable overall, and I'd book here again. There's a large carpark at the back, with fast food places, salons, coffee shops, and massage spots nearby. The facility is old and there are some cockroaches, but the aircon gets cold, the big TV works, the flush is okay, and there's hot water. The bed and pillow are super soft, though there was no towel and the blanket was thin. Salamat po! Wag Sana magbago Ang price nyo thru agoda!

The rooms are old, and the pillows smelled bad and weren't clean. If your budget is tight and you only need one night, you can stay here. Otherwise, look somewhere else.

Cheap but decent, if that's what you're after. The bathroom was okay, just a little old, so don't expect anything modern. I'd give the price and location 5 stars each, the service 4, and the room 3.

I only needed somewhere to leave my stuff, so it worked out. Good price and close to all the food shops.
