There’s a Korean restaurant on the rooftop, and its ads say it opens as early as 7am, though I didn’t get to try it. Nearby there are restaurants and cafes, massage, and a small grocery, and SM uptown is about 3-5 minutes away. The building has an elevator, and my room had a smart doorknob lock. The room itself was nice, though I can’t speak for the other units since they don’t all look alike. Parking is ample, but cars have to double park. The guard said they call the owner of the car at the back to move it if the car in front needs to leave.

I spent a month here and found the building well maintained, with friendly, helpful staff. There’s a nice pool and a view on the roof, and I hope to stay here again next time I’m in Cagayan de Oro. I did have the misfortune of breaking the glass cooktop, and replacing it cost a fortune because it’s only sold in Korea. The smart technology is all Korean, with indicators in Korean, but it’s easy enough to figure out.

Free parking is convenient, and the staff are helpful and easy to talk to. The building is in a good, safe spot in uptown CDO. You get the basics, plus a full kitchen and a huge TV in the rooms. The rates are very reasonable for that.
