For a quiet place to rest, this spot is clean and pleasant, and the prices are affordable. Just keep expectations in check at that price. The hot and cold water system wasn't working, and the water pressure on the third floor was quite low. Still, it works as a place to relax with a partner or family.

We were surprised by extra charges because the rules for coming and going hadn't been explained. The woman there wasn't very approachable, either. The room was also concerning: its window wouldn't close properly, so someone from outside could get our belongings at any time. I would absolutely not recommend staying here.

Customer service was good, and the room was clean and comfortable despite being small. The working toilet flush and hot water were appreciated, and the air conditioning kept the room cool enough for a deep sleep.

The only reason for the one star is the low price. I killed two cockroaches in a single day, the room was small and only minimally cleaned, and corridor noise carried right inside. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, and mobile reception was poor. I'd pay more for somewhere much nicer.
