Casobe Family will always have a special place in our hearts. We will remember this milestone for the rest of our lives. Our proposal went beautifully thanks to the teamwork and sincere effort of everyone, led by Sir Marcus. Sir Marcus (Resort Manager) immediately got behind the plan, shared ideas, brought the team together, and even arranged a complimentary cake for my fiancée. Sir Randy (Concierge) listened patiently, suggested surprises, and helped arrange flowers. Though he was off duty during the proposal, he passed everything on to his co-concierge so it could go ahead smoothly. Sir Crist (Concierge) was the best wingman. He showed me videos of past proposals for inspiration, drove me around in the resort golf cart, and helped distract my fiancée when she started to suspect something. Sir Reggie and Sir Tommy from the Security Team helped us from start to finish and joined our group photo afterward. Ma’am Shy (Concierge) took lovely photos and videos, and helped with everything from the birthday song through the proposal. Ma’am Jenn (Concierge) let us use her phone for more photos and videos, then sent them to us that same day. We appreciate all that extra effort. Everyone at Casobe made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. They were friendly, smiling, quick to respond, and willing to go beyond their usual duties. Their genuine hospitality made all the difference. Thank you to all the staff who helped make this moment so special.
