Don't expect a luxury hotel experience or the usual hotel services, but the basics are covered. Our rooms were spacious and suited two or more people, with clean bathrooms, sheets, and pillows. The AC worked well, and the bathroom heater did too. We didn't see insects or pests 👍🏻 There's a kitchenette for use, plus a lobby water dispenser for refills, though they don't provide free bottled water. You can use the fridge, just label your food or boxes. Only one staff member was handling guest requests, but they were accommodating.

The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help. Shein even helped us with the WiFi after hours. We also really enjoyed the breakfast add-on. I stayed here with my father and grandfather during a trip to the Ilocos Sur region in May of 2024, and have only good things to say. It's simple, good-quality and affordable temporary accommodation in the heart of Candon. The secure building has 24/7 key access, and everything, including public transport, is within walking distance. The apartment has hot water in the shower, clean beds, sheets and towels, plus A/C. Cooking utensils and plates are available if you're staying longer than a few days. I'll definitely return for short or long visits to the beautiful Luzon countryside.

It's highly affordable and highly recommended. The amenities are clean and well maintained, and there's a hot shower. The place is accessible and has enough parking. It works well for families, couples, and groups. Breakfast is offered, and guests can use the microwave and kitchen utensils. There's also a washing machine for long-term occupants.

For the price, the rooms were affordable and better than I expected. Each has a private restroom with a heated shower and a kitchen where you can cook. The only issue I noticed was a smell from the shower drain. They may need to check it.
