The staff are good, but they react to problems instead of anticipating what guests need. This is a weathered old Filipino resort that doesn't seem well managed anymore. It gets crazy noisy when Filipinos come to party, with competing karaoke going on after 11 and day and night!!

Had fun with the adults and kids, but the place wasn't very clean. The beach and pools were dirty, and there was no water in the bathrooms or showers.

We came early because we live far from the resort. The place was clean and maintained, and I appreciated the free life vests for the children. Having beach access was great, and the kids had a lot of fun swimming. Recommended!

The location is a bit out of town, which was the only inconvenient part for us. We stayed two nights at different resorts around Carmen and Danao, and this was the only one with hot showers, which was sensational. It's right by the water with a beautiful sea view, and the pools are great on hot days.
