Palladium Suites Hotel

We chose the deluxe room because it was near the capitol and pungko sa fuente, but the stay caused so much stress and didn't feel worth what I paid. The room had no rug outside the toilet, so watch out for the slippery floor. The hot and cold setup was connected to the lavatory instead of the shower. We booked for 3 people but got only 2 towels and toiletries. The staff were fine, nonchalant, and not helpful at all. There was no medical equipment either. I asked for a BP apparatus and they didn't have one. We had 6 bags and asked for at least a 1 hour checkout extension so we could get ready, but they said no extension was possible. They said checkout 1-4 hours after 12PM would cost PHP750 for 4 hours. Our flight was at 3PM, and I only needed until 1PM at most. We left the room at 1:05 and they still charged the full 750 pesos for being 1 hour late. I'd never recommend this hotel. There are lots of hotels and inns in Cebu, and this one isn't worth it.

The staff were really friendly, and the rates are budget friendly. I was in Cebu for a seminar near fuente circle and found out the place had just been renovated, which was a nice bonus. I'd recommend staying here.

The room was functional and fine, though it had a slight smell like something in it hadn't dried properly. I stayed for 4 days and had to pay a deposit on arrival. You can buy water at the desk for a reasonable price, and room service is available by request only. Nothing amazing, just an okay place to stay.

Good location, and the air conditioning worked fine. I stayed 2 nights, but there was no hot water in the shower. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine the whole time, even though I flushed the toilet whenever I used it. Really unpleasant and uncomfortable. No hot shower, I repeat.
