The room was dusty and had a cockroach, and the bathroom was stained and unclean. Service was poor too. The staff weren’t approachable and didn’t communicate well with customers. A very bad experience.

The toilet wouldn’t flush with its handle, so we had to pour water in manually. We also saw two small cockroaches. The place could be renovated nicely for the price, but the employees were a major headache and weren’t helpful. I wouldn’t recommend staying here or doing business with them unless you have no other choice.

We paid over 3,000 for two nights and felt seriously ripped off. The room still hadn’t been cleaned by the 2 p.m. check-in time, and the bed and walls were low quality. There were no slippers, toothbrushes, or shampoo. We only stayed because our wedding at punta church was the next day. I won’t come back. Even SOGO is much better.

For 1,350php a night, I felt ripped off. I found a nice, clean place for 1k with a great room and lots of food nearby. Here, there was no hot water and the water quality wasn’t good.

We paid 750php for a double bed, plus 100php an hour for kareoke. Then they had the cheek to add another 300php because we slept one extra hour.
