We checked out feeling relieved that we wouldn’t have to go back. My expectations were low because it was cheap and we only needed a short stay, but this hotel was much worse than I expected. We arrived late on the first night and there was no receptionist for check-in, so we had to call someone who wasn’t accommodating. There was no security either. Our room was on the 3rd floor, with no water supply. After we asked in the morning, they gave us 2 pales of water, but it was quite blurry. It served its purpose at the time, since we had no choice. There was also a rat outside our room. The morning receptionist was better. We asked to move and got a room on the first floor, which had water, but the floor was sticky, there were cockroaches, and the toilet bowl was clogged. We couldn’t even pee peacefully. I don’t recommend this place. Such a waste of money.

The staff were really friendly and returned our money, which I appreciated. There was no water pressure, though, and cockroaches were everywhere. We moved to hostel Shejoje, 5min away, and found it cheaper and better, with clean sheets, AC, and clean hot water. Thanks for being honest.

The price was alright and the staff were good, but there were big rats. At one point they ran through the ceiling so loudly that my partner thought the building was collapsing. It was only the rats.

I hated my stay in the 5th-floor room and moved to another hotel the next day. The room layout was awful too: the toilet bowl was squeezed right behind the CR door, blocking the space as soon as you opened it. There was almost no water from the faucet, and sometimes it stopped completely. The shower never had any water, and the lavatory had none for my entire stay. I checked out without taking a bath, and couldn’t brush my teeth because the comfort room was so disgusting. I’ll never check in at that hotel again.
