Harolds Hotel CEBU

Went on a Saturday night when a live band was playing. It was nice for chilling and enjoying the music, but so loud that talking with friends was hard. The roofdeck view was just okay, and the food wasn't very good. Staff seemed overwhelmed, so we had to follow up on some requests. Prices are affordable, which makes it an okay place if you're mainly there for the vibe.

My family and I stayed at Harold’s Hotel for an extended vacation, and the team made us feel at home from the start. The large rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the customer service was on another level. Sharla at check-in patiently helped while I looked for my confirmation number. The IT manager personally helped me get the WiFi working, and Wen, the hotel consultant, made us feel welcome and showed real care for our experience. Christine Tracy Luis, the Front Office Manager, checked in later to see if we were comfortable or needed anything else. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, with spectacular city views, and it alone is worth the stay. Pilsken, Lika, Katrina, Jason, and Dave made meals in both the main restaurant and rooftop feel like VIP experiences. The doormen, Ruffort and his team, greeted us warmly and helped with bags and transportation every day. Aileen, Sheila, and Margorie kept our room sparkling clean and even surprised us with snacks. My nephew's rooftop birthday dinner was one of our most memorable moments. Karla, Nilo, and Mika planned it beautifully and even arranged a live band. It was magical. Harold’s Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we left with full hearts and wonderful memories. I can't recommend it highly enough for a stay or an event.

The roofdeck bar was my favorite part of my stay at Harolds Hotel Cebu City. The city view is amazing, the atmosphere is just right, and the drinks are great. It's a lovely spot to unwind after a long day. The guestrooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Food was delicious from breakfast through dinner, with a good variety to choose from.

It was fine for a night, though the rooms weren't as nice as they looked in the photos. We'd requested a king bed but got two singles instead. The rooftop drinks were great, but the noise was so loud we couldn't have a conversation.
