For the price, it was about what I expected, but the rooms disappointed me. With a name like "Tower Hotel," I thought the quality would be better. They didn’t provide complimentary bottled water or a refrigerator. You can rent a refrigerator for 250 PHP per day.

We stayed there for my aunt’s birthday, and there were live cockroaches all over the place, including the floor and bed. I couldn’t sleep at all, worried one might crawl into my ears or mouth. I wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s in downtown Cebu city, convenient for getting to lots of establishments, and there’s a small parking area. But the wifi was slow, the toilet was clogged, and they didn’t provide toothpaste, a toothbrush, shampoo, or free hot water. I really wouldn’t recommend it.

Right in the city center, this budget hotel makes it easy to get to most destinations on a downtown heritage tour.

The room fell short of what I expected, and the price didn't feel justified. The sheets were stained, some looked worn, and a few had holes. My friends and I even saw a dead cockroach in the hallway. There was air conditioning, but the room still felt hot. We also had no hot water, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, and the Wi-Fi kept dropping out. Staff weren't very accommodating either.
