We booked through facebook: Calm Cozy Corner. For ₱4,000, we got two nights on the second floor, with room for four people. Check-in was smooth and easy. The location made it convenient to explore, with cafés, food spots, and malls nearby. It was a practical, budget-friendly stay.

We had a bad stay here. There was no electricity all day and night on our second day, the hot shower was completely broken, and the kettle had calcium buildup and hadn't been cleaned.

Getting quiet sleep was impossible with Pipeline bar blasting music around the clock. It went on at 4am, 5am, 6am, 7am, whenever. The city should have limits on music noise.

We were told we could move in right away, but then got conflicting answers. Our only signed paper authorized the initial transfer of reservation funds; we signed nothing else. We tried to get clarification and were completely ignored. Americans, take your business elsewhere. This place and its staff will disappoint you. I also wouldn’t do business with John Paul B.
