The building is nice and has a good pool, though the condos themselves vary by owner. Some are well kept, others less so. The shared air conditioning in the public areas needs repair and, as far as I can tell, hasn’t worked for some time. Using the gym without air con is especially difficult. You have to limit your time on the cardio equipment because your body overheats.

The security staff are friendly, and it feels like a secure place. We’re tenants, so I can’t really say about management. The pool rules are strict. There’s a 24-hour weekend drinking place nearby called molave bistro.

I’ve never stayed in a noisier condo. A bar out front blasts music until 11pm, while a compound on the other side can do the same whenever it wants. When both are going, nowhere in Padgett is free from the noise. The lobby, pool, gym, and business area have all been out of bounds for me many times because I didn’t want my ears assaulted. For the same reason, a room with a balcony hardly seems worth it.

The building is clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. There are some nice, affordable Airbnb units here.

Padgett is a very noisy place, the opposite of the quiet, relaxing spot it’s advertised as. Music from a compound on one side and a bar on another can be heard inside the units and in shared areas. Now there’s also a newly opened basketball court used by the school, and they’ve started using loud halers and music.
