Avida Towers Riala

The room and shower room were tiny, and the pool looked cloudy, so I didn’t use it. I had to call maintenance because there was no toilet seat, the bathroom sink had no running water, and the living room table was broken. The tower has 29 floors and three lifts, which can get busy, with 10-15 people waiting in line at times.

We stayed in three different units in this complex, which sits inside IT park. It was nice being right in the middle of so much activity. Amenities, parks, offices, malls, and transportation were all convenient to get to.

The whole place felt judgmental, like guests were being looked down on instead of welcomed. From arrival, the guards, receptionists, and other staff came across as rude, irritated, and unwilling to help. The rules seemed inconsistent and sometimes made up on the spot, with no clear explanation and different answers from different people. When I raised concerns or asked questions, I got ignored, blank stares, or attitude.

We stayed in Tower 3, 1204, and luckily didn’t see any roaches, even though I’d read a lot of reviews about them before booking. There were two pools on the UG floor and one on the 1-st floor. The nice was great, and the pools were enough for my kids to enjoy swimming.
