Room prices are practical, and the rooms are spacious. The clean lobby and hallway make the place feel decent. Staff and security guards were tactful and accommodating. Overall it was very good, though cleanliness could be improved, especially the aircon units and some grime in the CR. A few electrical outlets also need fixing.

The stay was so-so, with mediocre service, though I think the price is worth it. Staff should be more courteous and attentive. The food was too oily, and using less oil might also save them money.

A large room with huge windows and a mini bar, and everything was clean, quiet, and well equipped. WiFi and TV were good, too. The location is close to Mango Square. My only complaint is that there are no power outlets by the bed, though an extension cable could solve that. Nothing else to complain about, great place.

The roof deck has a great view of the surrounding area, and the location is in or very close to Mango Square. It’s easy to walk around for food or entertainment, although traffic can get busy around there, especially near Fuente Osmena. The free breakfast had a handful of choices and filled me up. Our room was pretty big, and room service cleaned it every day. The air con was powerful. A heads-up: you have to insert your card into a slot to power the room, and they only give you one card to save energy, so the air conditioner won’t run for a long time while you’re away. Everyone was welcoming and the service was great. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m back in the Philippines visiting family.

Public transportation is easy to get, and the staff were always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help. The hotel is beautiful and the service was good. The rooftop restaurant menu could be improved, since it was a bit mediocre, but otherwise I had a great experience. I’ll definitely stay there again. In fact, I’m coming back this week.
