Prestigio Hotel and Apartments

This is just my personal customer review, and I have the right to share it. I’m not trying to attack anyone, but I’d rate this hotel 3/10. That’s all, you can decide what to make of it 😁 Thanks.

I spent three months here, and the staff were consistently lovely and helpful. The internet could be unreliable, though, and construction noise was sometimes pretty bad.

Breakfast isn’t served here. The hotel wasn’t that bad, in my opinion, and you can borrow a hair dryer for free. It’s easy to reach buses 17C and 17B, and you may be able to take a bus straight from the seaport.

On November 6, 2016, I went to Prestigio Hotel with two friends to bring dinner to my friend’s Aunt, who was staying there. Near the entrance, a guard held the door and opened it only about 40 degrees, then asked what we were there for. My friend politely explained and gave the room number. They said her Aunt wasn’t in the room, which didn’t make sense because they’d been texting and her Aunt had said she was at Prestigious. We had also seen her Aunt go into the hotel after a seminar in the neighboring building. They wouldn’t let us in. They took the food and left it at the information desk, so we went away and tried to keep our tempers. We were really upset by how unfriendly and unapproachable the staff seemed. We waited at la as ha and talked about how customers were being treated. Then some foreigners arrived, and the door was opened wide for them with a greeting. It made us wonder if people get treated differently because they have less. We were already tired, and that treatment made the night worse. I’ve been to five-star hotels where people in just a T-shirt, shorts, or tsenilas are still treated properly and welcomed. That was the worst hotel staff experience I’ve had, and I really don’t recommend this hotel.
