Hotel One

I booked mainly because the location is excellent. The room was clean and fairly new, and the free Wi-Fi worked well, but a few expected basics were missing. I had to request drinking glasses or cups, and staff said they only provide them on request. I asked how guests were supposed to brush their teeth without one. The shower's hot water was inconsistent, and the suite had neither a small fridge nor a closet for hanging clothes. For a first stay, the experience was bearable.

The staff were helpful and the service was great. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable, and it was fairly quiet; both the AC and Wi-Fi worked. They also offer laundry service, and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We had a great stay.

The staff were nice, and the rooms were clean. Our quadruple room had enough space for a family of four. They provide bottled water, and you can request a kettle, iron, hair dryer, and mugs.

My grandfather nearly fainted after missing his maintenance medication. The room keys had been left inside, and he needed to get into the room to reach his medicine, but the lobby staff said they couldn't help because we both had our room keys. There was no urgency or hospitality at all. The place also has no room service, no in-room phone to call the front desk, no restaurant, and no utensils. The front lobby wasn't helpful. I wouldn't recommend it.
