Surestay Plus By Best Western Cebu City

The customer service really stands out, from the front desk and security guards to the rest of the staff. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, and the hotel has been consistently great, including its other branches in Luzon. It’s a total bang for your buck. Almost perfect.

The pool is gorgeous, and the central Cebu location makes it easy to get to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Inside, everything was spotlessly clean and quiet, a peaceful place to wind down after a busy day. The internet was fast and reliable, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to help whenever we called. We also felt safe and secure during our stay. SureStay Plus by Best Western in Cebu is a comfortable and convenient choice, and I highly recommend it.

My room had no window, so it felt a little enclosed. The shower only had one glass panel instead of a full partition, which meant the bathroom floor got wet after a long shower. Hot water took around 2-5 minutes to warm up. It was fine for a short overnight stay, and a decent choice if you aren’t staying long.

Eve and Brian made a real difference during my stay. They were friendly, attentive, and professional, and the whole team helped make the visit enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean, and had what I needed, while breakfast was sufficient. The Surestay Plus by Best Western is also well placed for the main attractions, which is handy for both work and leisure. I did notice some small maintenance issues, including scuffs on the walls and a loose bathroom fixture. Since the hotel has only been open about a year, those details stood out, though nothing was major. I had a fantastic stay overall and would recommend it for the location, service, and comfortable room. A little more attention to upkeep would help it keep that fresh feel.
