It was handy for the place I was visiting since it was nearby, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The sheets seemed dirty and the room wasn’t very clean. We only had a small fleece blanket to share between two people. The internet didn’t work, and Smart data coverage in the area wasn’t great either. I hope they sort these problems out.
Roger Nacorda told us we couldn’t speak to the manager because he said he was the manager himself. We were trying to raise a complaint politely, but he bad-mouthed and disrespected us. Please make sure front desk employees are trained to deal with customers properly. Staff treating guests this way is bad for the business, and we definitely won’t return or recommend the place. Please address this.
There’s an elevator, which made hauling our heavy bags easy, and the lobby has tables and chairs. The internet was decent enough to get some work done. Our room was clean and nice, and the staff were friendly and easy to talk to. 10/10, I’d recommend it.
I paid P1k, under USD20, for a room for the evening, but they wouldn’t give me an official receipt or a PWD discount. The room was on basement 2, dark and musty, with a 2 inch mattress and black mold in the bathroom. I’ve stayed in motels for about the same price that were better. There was a water heater and TV, but no hangers or even a chair.
