Wjv Inn Ramos

Keep your belongings close if you stay here. Some things may go missing, and I suspect there could be staff misconduct, possibly an inside job. I was very disappointed by how some staff behaved during my visit. Management needs to supervise more carefully and be much more selective when hiring. This is unacceptable and shouldn't happen anywhere. I'd avoid checking in.

The room and toilet were dirty, and we waited three hours without getting any blankets. Service was extremely slow, and the staff neither responded nor handled things efficiently. A very disappointing stay.

We were charged for a whole extra hour even though we extended by only a few minutes. Between that and the poor service and badly designed rooms, it just wasn't worth the money. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff are easy to approach and the place is accessible, but the rooms could be cleaner.
