We had a spacious, clean room with a city view, plenty of sockets, and a clean bathroom without any bad smell. It was big enough for three people. The hotel is a quiet option around Fuente Osmeña, near the capitol. There isn't a convenience store or fast food nearby if you want a late dinner or breakfast, though you can get food delivered. There's a bistro on the building's corner and an AA BBQ restaurant a few meters away. Taxis and Grab cars are easy to find outside. If you're feeling adventurous, public jeepneys also run along this route.

I booked three nights, but couldn't even sleep in the room because the chemical smell was so strong. I told management I'm allergic to it, but they did nothing to resolve the problem. There's no fridge, and the air conditioning barely works. I had the window open. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and professional, and treated us like family. They always smiled and dealt with requests quickly. We stayed for a month without any inconvenience and would definitely like to come back. Thank you for being so kind!

S Hotel is handy for getting around Cebu City, with a great location and easy access. The rooms are clean and nice, but basic, with no refrigerator or microwave. The elevator is small and can feel cramped when it's busy. They don't allow dried fish, which makes sense because of the smell, but visitors should know. Still a comfortable enough place to stay if location matters.
