There was rainwater all over the floors during my stay. My room floor was wet, and so were the hallways on floors 1, 2, and 3. I was staying on the third floor, and there wasn't any staff around on the floors. Take a look at my bathroom photos. Maybe this place was fine when it was new, but the maintenance isn't good now. It's not even the cheapest around.

The rooms are clean and feel safe, and the price is affordable. The staff are friendly too. Special thanks to the lady guard, "ate," and the only girl room attendant. They work hard. Good job, and God bless!

For the price, it's decent, but parts of the room are worn out, especially the floor, CR, shower, shower drain, and bowl. The window is sliding glass, with the option of using a mesh screen.

The neighborhood is really nice, and the location gets five stars, near Ayala business park and not far from mango Square. Monthly rates are good at 15,000 pesos. You get an air-conditioned double room with cable TV and your own bathroom.

For p850 a night, it's a good place in a handy location. There's a little store downstairs, three street food spots, and a 7eleven two minutes away. Aloha.
