We had a great stay after Sinulog Festival with my partner and our two kids. We booked a Superior Room, and everything from arrival onward went smoothly. The staff were welcoming, even the security guards, who were approachable and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location worked really well. We arrived early and they offered to hold our luggage so we could go explore until check-in. The free buffet breakfast was a nice extra. It’s easy to get around from here and close to malls, food parks, and nightlife. We’d definitely stay again.

Our Superior Room had one double bed and one single, and cost P1,900 a night. Breakfast for two was included. Extra pillows, blankets, and dental kits are available if you ask, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It’s a nice, cozy spot for an overnight stay, with lots of places within walking distance.

The free breakfast was good, though I’d suggest adding more dishes since guests have different tastes, if that’s doable. Room 804’s family room is a good choice if you want a bit more space. The shower there needs replacing because it leaks, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, perhaps from the drainage.

The location is great, close to everything we needed. Staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating with our requests. They also let us store our luggage, which made the trip much easier. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

The reception staff were nice, but that’s the only positive for me. At 1,800 pesos a day, I don’t think it’s worth the price. The TV isn’t smart, so I couldn’t get YouTube on it, and the shower head had weak pressure. There was no soap, and the bedside lamps didn’t work. Breakfast is only a good fit if you like Asian-style food. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
